Responsible Gaming

If play stops being fun, we help you stop playing.

Taking a break — or stopping altogether — is easy, and there's no judgement. Here's how.

A quick self-check

Ask yourself honestly:

  • Am I spending more than I planned?
  • Am I playing to win back losses?
  • Is gaming affecting my money, work or relationships?
  • Am I hiding my play from people close to me?

How to self-exclude

In the game

Go to Account → Responsible Gaming → Self-Exclusion, choose your period, and confirm. [RG TOOLS — confirm exact flow]

Through us

Contact our support team and ask for self-exclusion — we will apply it without questions or persuasion.

Nationally

The Gaming Commission of Ghana operates a national self-exclusion programme covering licensed operators in Ghana. As a licensee, LVT Ghana honours it fully. Details at gamingcommission.gov.gh.

Once excluded, your account is closed for the chosen period, and we will not market to you. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed early — that is the point of it.
